I love to share the magic of yoga from my own personal journey to yours. I will give you my best tools to achieve physical, spiritual and mental health in a way that is fully in tune with the natural flow of life.

Yoga to me is the practice of aligning my body and soul with the natural world. It is a practice of softening into my heart space and live from a place of truth, presence and joy.

I will help you raise your energetic vibration and cultivate more wellness in your life.

my story

I’ve since coupled my study of yoga with my experience in personal training and massage therapy. I see myself as a forever student, knowing this path is truly a life long journey of learning.

I started yoga with the goal of becoming fit and flexible. Soon I learned that yoga was less about touching my toes and more about touching into my heart and soul.

Yoga quickly became my go-to resource to cope with anything life throws my way from my studies at university to my early career at software start-ups to my current path as a yoga teacher and healer.

Inspired to get closer to the origin of yoga, I traveled to India where I studied vinyasa and ashtanga yoga.

When I’m not teaching yoga, I love exploring outdoors in Montana from hiking mountains in the summer to skiing in the winter; anything that gets me lost in nature.

Growing up in San Diego California, I was surrounded by the influence of yoga from a young age. It wasn’t until moving to the mountains in Montana that I discovered a true connection with nature and my own health journey took off.
